My Background

I’m an independent consultant with over 20 years of experience leading research, evaluation, and data-driven strategy in evaluation firms, nonprofits, government agencies, funding organizations, and think tanks. That work has given me a deep understanding of how organizations set goals, measure progress, and adapt to change—insight I now bring to my consulting practice.

I hold a doctoral degree in organizational behavior with a concentration in social psychology from UC Berkeley, and began my career in academia before moving into applied consulting. Over the years, I’ve developed particular expertise in leadership and team management, grounded in both rigorous research and hands-on experience, alongside broader skills in evaluation, organizational strategy, and change facilitation.
