Team Management Training and Consulting

I provide training and consulting that unpacks what makes a team function as a unit and perform at its best. I use research from social psychology together with my own research on managing teams to give you insights that have been tested in real organizations.

My research showed that understanding how to increase your team identity reduces biases that team members might have toward each other, resulting in better performance, more innovation, and improved communication. I can help you to understand the why and how and offer a number of approaches that will build team identity.

The training takes around 2 hours, including time for your team to work together to generate ideas for implementing the concepts. I can also work with your team or organization to analyze your environment and provide ideas for improving your team interactions. The training can be done over zoom, or, if you prefer in-person, we can discuss options.
